Cancellation Policy

You may cancel up to 24 hours before scheduled shoot. You may reschedule anytime. Sparrow Media may enforce a reschedule if weather conditions do not meet flight requirements for safety of property and equipment. You will receive a call 24 hours or more before the schedule flight if rescheduling is needed.
