Cancellation Policy

This Terms of Service ("Agreement") is made by Sparrow Media, LLC, located at 106 E Washington St, Mankato, MN, 56001 ("Producer") 1. Scope of Work Producer agrees to provide multimedia production services, including but not limited to real estate photography, video walkthroughs, and promotional materials ("Work"). The services are intended to enhance the Client’s property listings and marketing efforts. 2. Payment Terms: a. Deposit: - If the total project cost is less than $500, 100% of the payment is required to secure the booking for the photoshoot. - If the total project cost is $500 or greater, a non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure the booking for the photoshoot. This deposit is due upon signing this Agreement. b. Balance: The remaining balance is due upon completion of the Work and prior to delivery of the final materials. 3. Refund Policy If the materials created under this Agreement are deemed "unusable" by both parties, the Client may receive a refund of up to 75% of the total project cost. 4. Rights Granted (Non-Exclusive Media License Agreement) Upon full payment, Producer grants Client perpetual, non-exclusive rights to use the final materials produced under this Agreement for their real estate marketing and promotional purposes. Producer retains the right to use the materials in their portfolio, for marketing, and for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing. 6. Indemnification Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Producer from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the use of the Work produced under this Agreement, including but not limited to any claims related to property rights or copyright issues. 8. Amendments This Agreement may be amended only in writing, signed by both parties. 9. Entire Agreement This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, and representations. Non-Exclusive Media License Agreement This Non-Exclusive Media License Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered between Sparrow Media, LLC (“Licensor”), with its principal place of business at 106 E Washington St, Apt C. Mankato, MN. 56001. 1. Grant of License The Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to use the media content created by Sparrow Media, LLC. 3.
